Application of magnetic fluid seal in aviation photoelectric system
The mobile camera pod includes single shaft and universal joint multi shaft, both of which are required to be sealed in a cavity with dry gas. The dynamic sealing system is required to maintain such an environment when the aircraft encounters rain, dust, aviation oil, deicing agent and general maintenance fluid at changing external temperature and high altitude.
The magnetic fluid sealing device can provide permanent sealing, low power and smooth rotation at the same time. Traditional rubber skeleton seal and mechanical seal can not provide satisfactory seal or reliable long-term performance. Using magnetic fluid seal to renew these old sealing methods can significantly improve the operating performance of the equipment.
